Rebecca and John Lampton filed an action against Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") and Joan Beck, alleging breach of contract and fraud in relation to a series of transactions that occurred after Ms. Lampton was involved in an automobile accident. The trial court entered a summary judgment for both defendants on the Lamptons' claims.
