In this condemnation action, defendant Israel Kucykowicz appeals as of right from the June 23, 1988, entry of a judgment in the Livingston Circuit Court awarding Kucykowicz $156,572, exclusive of attorney fees and costs, as just compensation for a parcel of real property taken by plaintiff township to serve as a site on which to build a sewage treatment plant.
