Marvin Thomas appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of intimidation of a victim in violation of sections 940.44(1) and 940.45(1), Stats.1 Thomas had also been charged with armed robbery in connection with the same incident, but the jury found him not guilty.
