This lawsuit results from a series of events which occurred on February 1, 1988. The plaintiffs brought this action alleging negligence by the Ohio State Highway Patrol ("OSHP") through its employee, Trooper C.W. Drake. The plaintiffs claim that as a result of OSHP's negligence it is liable for the damages sustained by Mary L. Henderson, Richard Henderson, Keith Henderson, and Kenneth Henderson.
