Defendant, Larry Moody, appeals his conviction of second-degree murder (LSA-R.S. 14:30.1) and contends the trial court erred in failing to sustain his Batson1 objection to the State's peremptory challenges of five blacks on voir dire examination. Defendant also contends there is insufficient evidence to support the conviction.
