The matter before this court for disposition is the interpretation of an insurance policy between plaintiff Charles D. Beltz and defendant Erie Insurance Exchange. Specifically, this court must determine whether defendant Erie is obligated to provide coverage to plaintiff Beltz for the damage and loss of a John Deere 755 track loader.
