PETERSON, Judge.

Robert W. Torbron appeals a final judgment of foreclosure in favor of Ben Campen. Campen also appeals a judgment in Torbron's favor following a jury verdict finding Campen in breach of a Real Estate Auction Agreement. We reverse the judgment of foreclosure and affirm the judgment against Campen.
