PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff, a police officer, appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition in this tort action. MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10). Plaintiff was injured during his pursuit of defendant, who was resisting arrest. We reverse.
