The Commonwealth entered into contracts subject to appropriation with eleven counties and the town of Nantucket for the lease of courthouse facilities and services for fiscal years (FY) 1990 and 1991 pursuant to G.L.c. 29A, § 4 (1988 ed.). The Legislature did not appropriate full funding for the leases for either year.
