Defendant Carl Dean Johnson appeals from the judgments of conviction and the sentences imposed after a jury found him guilty of one count of burglary in the first degree and two counts of aggravated assault. The sole issue raised is whether the trial court committed reversible error by failing to reinstruct the jury on reasonable doubt following closing arguments and by giving an instruction that improperly shifted the burden...
