POPOVICH, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County after appellant was convicted of violating § 3702(a) of the Vehicle Code, Limitations on Backing. Finding the evidence insufficient to sustain the verdict, we reverse appellant's conviction and vacate the judgment of sentence.
