The main issues in this suit for damages are whether the plaintiff has stated a cause of action and is a member of the class for whom the law affords a remedy. The trial court sustained the peremptory exception raising the objection of no cause of action and denied the peremptory exception raising the objection of no right of action filed by defendant. We affirm the denial of the exception of no right of action and reverse the sustaining of the exception...
