This matter is before the court on remand from the Supreme Court after Mr. Paschke petitioned for review of In re Paschke, 57 Wn.App. 907, 790 P.2d 1250 (1990). Mr. Paschke's criminal history reads as follows:

03/13/72 - pleaded guilty to abduction and carnal knowledge,
           sentenced to consecutive maximum terms
