This is an appeal from an opinion and order of the Superior Court that dismissed the complaint of the plaintiff-appellant, Williams Gas Supply Company ("Williams"), in favor of a subsequently filed mirror-image Colorado action. Williams filed its complaint in the Superior Court on August 1, 1990 (the "first filed Delaware action"), seeking a declaratory judgment that it had fully performed its obligations...
