The issue on this appeal is whether information supplied in an affidavit in support of a search warrant application was too "stale" such that suppression of the fruits of the search was necessary. The circuit court concluded that the information was not too stale and denied Scott Ehnert's motion for suppression of the evidence resulting from the execution of the search warrant.
