GRIFFIN, J.

This declaratory judgment action requires that we construe a motor vehicle exclusion clause in a homeowner's insurance policy purchased from plaintiff insurance company by one of the defendants. We hold that the policy does not provide coverage for the claim at issue and that plaintiff insurer therefore has no duty to defend or indemnify the insured. Accordingly, we reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals and reinstate the judgment of the trial court...
