The Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers) appeals the decision of the trial court on summary judgment that Robert M. Clements (Clements) is covered as an insured under the underinsured/uninsured motorist section of the policy issued to Clements' employer, C.R. Bard, Inc. (Bard).
