Justice GEIGER delivered the opinion of the court:

In this prosecution for driving with blood-alcohol concentration greater than or equal to .10 (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 95 ½, par. 11-501(a)(1)), the court granted the motion of the defendant, William P. Yant, to suppress the evidence of his blood test. The State appeals from the suppression order. We reverse.
