This is a direct criminal appeal from a conviction of indecent liberties with a child (K.S.A. 21-3503). The defendant, Michael A. Blackmore, contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion for a psychiatric examination of the complaining witness and by admitting evidence of his prior conviction under K.S.A. 60-455. He further claims that the sentence imposed is illegal because it was imposed by the Board of Paroles of Wyandotte County, not a district...
