These consolidated cases involve the 1988 and 1989 property tax assessments of residential condominium units in the Wedgewood Knolls Condominium development in West Paterson. Some 83 unit owners appealed their 1988 assessments to the Passaic County Board of Taxation, which reduced those assessments by 3.59% to 3.85%, depending on the unit model.
