Appellant, Shannon Forehope, was convicted of aggravated burglary (R.C. 2911.11) following a jury trial in Stark County Common Pleas Court. He appeals:

"The trial court abused its discretion and erred as a matter of law when it denied appellant's request that the state of Ohio be required to disclose and furnish appellant with copies of all reports of investigation...
