("EBCO"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas which reversed the prior determination of the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Board of Review ("board of review") as being against the manifest weight of the evidence. The board of review had determined that appellee, Jeffrey Sindel, was discharged by appellant for just cause and was, therefore, disqualified from receiving unemployment...
