PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree. MCL 750.520d(1)(a); MSA 28.788(4)(1)(a). He was thereafter sentenced to three to fifteen years in prison. He now appeals and we affirm.

Defendant's conviction arises from the sexual penetration of the fourteen-year-old victim. At the time of the offense, the victim was working as a baby-sitter for the children of defendant's girl friend. According to...
