Robert and Alice Schoneman (Robert) appeal from a foreclosure judgment entered in favor of Robert's former wife Patricia Day (Patricia).1 The property at issue is the residence which Robert and Patricia jointly owned during their marriage. Patricia acquired a lien against the property pursuant to the divorce judgment. The question on appeal is whether Robert may avoid Patricia's lien because of his postdivorce discharge...
