Defendant was charged with nine counts of attempted murder in the first degree, several counts of aggravated assault upon a police officer, two counts of criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and six counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Defendant was acquitted after trial of all but two counts of possession of a weapon in the second degree and four of the third degree possession...
