Before the court are defendant's post-trial motion for a new trial and in arrest of judgment and motion to mold verdict. After a trial by jury the defendant was convicted of the following offenses: possession of drug paraphernalia, 35 P.S. §780-113(a)(32); and criminal conspiracy, 18 Pa.C.S. §903(a)(1).
