General Casualty Company, a worker's compensation insurer, and Sharon Plumbing and Heating, its insured, appeal from a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission granting worker's compensation benefits to Steven Schrock. The issues are: (1) whether there is credible and substantial evidence to support the commission's determinations that Schrock sustained a disabling occupational disease and that the date of his injury/disability
