On January 18, 1990, following a summary appeal, we found defendant, Janice Mikulcik, guilty of violating section 1543(b)1 of the Vehicle Code. Defendant timely filed a motion in arrest of judgment. The sole issue raised by that motion is whether or not the Commonwealth proved beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant had actual notice of the license suspension.
