On November 9, 1990, the respondent was convicted in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of grand larceny in the fourth degree in violation of Penal Law § 155.30, which constitutes a class E felony. On January 4, 1991, the respondent was sentenced to a term of probation of five years, 420 hours of community service in lieu of 90 days in the Suffolk County jail, and restitution...
