This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Seneca County, wherein defendant, John Neil Banks, was found guilty in a jury trial of one count of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition, violations of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b) and 2907.05(A)(3), respectively.
