Plaintiff, John Kircos, appeals as of right from the circuit court's grant of defendant John Morrell & Co.'s motion for summary disposition. Defendant Holiday Food Center, Inc., appeals from the circuit court's dismissal of its cross-claim against Morrell. We affirm in both cases.
