Appellant Mathas Brown brought this lawsuit pro se under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 claiming that he was fired from his job as a police officer for the City of Fort Lauderdale because he is black. He sued the City, the police chief and the city manager under each statute, but the district court in two separate orders dismissed all of his claims.
