Plaintiff-appellant, Ralph E. Aschinger, appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants-appellees, Columbus Showcase Co. and Carl J. Aschinger, Sr., in this action alleging violation of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j and common law fraud and breach of fiduciary duty under Ohio law. For the following reasons, we affirm.
