The appellant, Coenco, won a jury verdict on a theory of fraud and deceit against Coenco Sales, the appellee. This is an appeal of the district court's1 grant of judgment notwithstanding the verdict for failure of the evidence to support the verdict. We agree with the district court and affirm its judgment.
