Defendants Thomas E. Hanna, William J. Osborne, and Joseph Urbano after entering into plea agreements were convicted of violations of federal narcotics laws. The defendants were convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2 and the defendant Hanna was also convicted of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute under 21 U...
