Lawrence Snider, who pled guilty to a money laundering charge, challenges the restitution component of his sentence on two grounds. First, he contends that the district court's order is unlawful because it requires him to pay an amount in excess of the loss alleged in the indictment to which he pled guilty. Second, he contends that his acknowledgment of the district court's apparent power to order such "excessive" restitution was not an agreement to pay...
