Defendant American Commercial Marine Service Company, Jeffboat Division (Jeffboat), brought this interlocutory appeal to contest the finding of liability against it in this civil rights suit. Plaintiffs are five African-American former employees of Jeffboat, and they sue in both their individual capacity and as class representatives.
