OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

Appellant Juanita Cruz, the natural mother of J.C., appeals the termination of her parental rights in J.C. based upon abandonment, Utah Code Ann. § 78-3a-48(1)(b) (1987).1 We affirm.
