Defendant, Michael Reyes, after a bench trial, was convicted of armed robbery (Ill. Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 18-2) and sentenced to an eight-year term of imprisonment. On appeal, he contends that: (1) the provision in the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 37, par. 805-4(6)(a)) pursuant to which he was tried as an adult is unconstitutionally vague with regard to alleged armed robbery perpetrators...
