Respondent, Berle Blitstein (Berle), appeals from a protective order entered by the circuit court of Lake County pursuant to the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 40, par. 2311-1 et seq.).
