Defendant, Charles Tenner, was charged by bill of information with five counts of armed robbery, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty to each count. The State entered a nolle prosequi to counts one, two, and three and amended counts four and five to counts one and two. Defendant was rearraigned and pled not guilty to counts one and two.
