Roger Cupps and B.A.S.S. Coal, Inc., ("BASS") appeal from a judgment entered against them in favor of Black Warrior Minerals, Inc., ("Black Warrior") on claims of breach of contract, conversion, and fraud. We affirm.

This case arose out of the following facts:
