On July 19, 1990, the circuit court of Champaign County entered an order, pursuant to the complaint to quiet title filed by plaintiff Kenneth Abrams, executor of the estate of Hazel May Turner, holding that title to the property in question is properly vested in devisee of plaintiff estate and that defendants, John Royse and Buddy Myers, were to execute a quitclaim deed for said property to said devisee.
