Defendant, Warren J. Fleming, was charged by bill of information with simple burglary, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62. He pled not guilty, was tried by a jury and found guilty of the responsive offense of unauthorized entry of a place of business, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.4.
