David Robinson was charged with residential burglary on September 18, 1989, for knowingly and without authority entering the home of Kay Burroughs with the intent to commit aggravated criminal sexual abuse upon a fifteen-year-old girl (JK). A petition to revoke Robinson's probation on an earlier drug possession charge was also filed.
