Bobbie Ray Frazier appeals her conviction on two counts of making false statements before a grand jury. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Frazier had since 1981 been a clerical employee of Royal Buick, Inc. (Royal Buick), which was one of the largest automobile dealerships in the Tampa, Florida area.
