On May 17, 1985, plaintiff Michael Noland filed a three-count complaint in the circuit court of Cook County against Victor Steiner, M.D. (Dr. Steiner), George Nahra, M.D. (Dr. Nahra), and Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington, Illinois (the hospital). The complaint alleged medical malpractice by the defendants in their care and treatment of plaintiff following a hip injury. Dr. Steiner and Dr. Nahra filed separate motions...
