Pursuant to a plea agreement, Suraphan Tuangmaneeratmun pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting the importation of heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He challenges the validity of that plea, arguing that the district court failed to comply with Fed.R.Crim.P. 11.
