Plaintiff, Joseph E. Hurst, appeals the judgment pursuant to a jury verdict which awarded him $20,000.00 in damages for injuries resulting from an automobile accident, less a credit for amounts previously received in medical payments, plus interest and costs. He contends that the jury awarded inadequate special and general damages for his injuries and that his award should not have been subject to a credit for the medical payments which he received...
