This appeal is from a decision of the Court of Appeals which affirmed a Judgment of the Butler Circuit Court upholding a jury verdict that Edith Wood was a child, and therefore an heir, of the decedent, Columbus Johnson, Jr., and which further affirmed the trial court's determination that a portion of Wood's claim was barred by the statute of limitations.
